These terms explain how Liberia Buy & Sell works for buyers, sellers, service providers, and visitors. By using the marketplace, you agree to follow these rules and use the platform responsibly.
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account, and all marketplace activity performed through your account.
2. Listings And Services
Listings must be truthful, placed in the correct category, and include real details about the item or service. Fraudulent, duplicate, illegal, misleading, or unsafe listings may be removed without notice.
3. Buyer Safety
Buyers should inspect items carefully, meet in public places, and avoid sending money before confirming the item, seller, and transaction details. Liberia Buy & Sell does not guarantee any individual transaction.
4. Seller Conduct
Sellers must not publish private contact details inside listing descriptions when platform rules require protected contact access. Sellers must respond honestly and keep listing status current.
5. Payments And Contact Unlocks
Some contact details may require an unlock payment. Unlocking contact access does not guarantee a completed sale, item quality, seller availability, or buyer satisfaction.
6. Prohibited Content
Users may not post stolen goods, counterfeit products, weapons, harmful services, explicit content, hate content, scams, or any listing that violates Liberian law or platform safety policies.
7. Platform Changes
Liberia Buy & Sell may update marketplace features, rules, fees, safety tools, and moderation practices to improve trust, performance, and compliance.
